I’m Crys, a DeFi product designer and founder with 13 years of experience building digital products across Web2 and Web3, impacting millions of users. My work lives at the intersection of user experience, crypto innovation, and scalable systems, designed to ship, scale, and stick.
In Web3 since 2017, I co-founded and led DeFi protocols like Lendle and TAKOTAKO, and designed Quiver, a hybrid crypto futures exchange, from the ground up. I built communities from scratch, drove liquidity, shaped tokenomics, and led multi-disciplinary teams across product, design, and growth. My approach blends “founder mode” with hands-on design execution. No endless ideation, just shipped results. My approach combines "founder mode" execution with efficient build-measure-learn Lean Startup and Design Thinking processes, always defining measurable success metrics for data-driven validation.

At Exact, the Netherlands’ top accounting software company, I defined UX strategies for their next-gen cloud platform, integrating AI-powered reconciliation, PSD2 open banking, and e-invoicing standards.
